How We Started

LeafyEats began in 2018 as a small pop-up at the local farmers' market. Founded by Chef Maria Chen after years of international culinary experience, the concept quickly gained a following for its innovative approach to plant-based cooking that borrowed techniques and flavors from global cuisines.
